A waste audit can include, but is not limited to: reviewing the practices of the business, examining current documentation of the waste/recycling reports, physically assessing dumpsters and trash containers, and making recommendations for improvements on both the environmental and economical perspectives.
This Outpost location is conscious of products used, puts effort towards informing the public and employees of recycling and the results of their decisions, and implemented use of composting with a local business, Compost Crusader, as a part of their waste diversion endeavors. Outpost is a wonderful example of stewardship in waste diversion and we are honored to assist this WasteCap Member with continually advancing their sustainable efforts!
