Daniel Hartsig joined WasteCap Resource Solutions in 2017 as the Director of Project Management and took over as Executive Director in 2020. When Daniel joined WasteCap, he brought over a decade of experience in sustainable building design, construction and business operations around the world. Daniel now focuses on guiding local facility and construction managers through waste reduction efforts by providing analysis, tracking, reporting and recognition through zero waste certifications.

rob schaeferbusiness managerRob Schaefer joined WasteCap Resource Solutions in 2011 while completing his Business degree at UW-Milwaukee. He has been the Business Manager since 2015. He concentrates on accounting, budgeting, AP, AR, insurance, and many other behind the scenes activities to make sure other WasteCap employees have the opportunities to help clients divert materials from landfills. Outside of work, Rob enjoys going to Brewers games and watching the Packers.

Stephanie Krubsack joined WasteCap Resource Solutions in 2023 as the Senior Project Manager. Stephanie brought over experience in project management, marketing, and sustainability consulting, tracking, offsetting and reporting. She focuses on helping businesses and organizations receive zero waste certifications, and waste reduction and diversion programs. Outside of WasteCap you can find Stephanie working with other nonprofits on water advocacy and cleanup efforts via communications work and hosting kayak events. |

Todd Brings over 35 years of sales and project management experience in the upper Midwest region to the WasteCap team. He is looking forward to expanding his experience from the industrial equipment and facility engineering sector into the sustainability market and increasing our impact on the zero-waste initiative for the greater Wisconsin region and worldwide. |
