WasteCap will help you build, implement and refine a resource management operations plan. The plan will begin the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) management approach for continuous improvement, and involve a review of your waste streams and processes, mapping collection points, highlighting overlooked opportunities, interviewing material purchasers, custodial staff, and waste haulers, providing you with level-headed path forward based on extensive experience.
DATA COLLECTION, RESULTS AND ANALYSIS
Data collection is the crux of the resource management project. WasteCap will be responsible for compiling and validating waste stream metrics. On a monthly basis, WasteCap will provide results for your landfill diversion efforts, service levels and financial cost of disposal/recycling. Further analysis will be provided for continuous improvement of the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) management approach.

WasteCap is capable of setting up a customized project management website to contain all critical pieces of your organization’s resource management efforts, allowing you to provide full transparency to all stakeholders and communicate progress efficiently.
